Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from Bamboo Haven. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with UK consumer rights legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Bamboo Haven is a UK-based online retailer specialising exclusively in premium bamboo bedding products, including 100% bamboo viscose duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvets, pillows, comforters, and complete bedding sets. Our products are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning every component — from fabric to thread — has been independently tested and verified to be free from harmful substances.

2. Who Can Shop With Us
To place an order with Bamboo Haven, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom or one of the countries to which we ship
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout
• Use a valid payment method accepted on our website
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
3. Product Information and Accuracy
We take great care to describe our bamboo bedding products accurately. All product listings on the Bamboo Haven website include detailed specifications covering fabric composition, thread count, fill weight, available sizes, and certified credentials. However, please be aware of the following:
3.1 Colour Representation
All Bamboo Haven bedding is available in a curated palette of 10 colours: White, Ivory, Soft Grey, Charcoal, Blush Pink, Sage Green, Duck Egg Blue, Navy, Slate Blue, and Warm Sand. While we make every effort to represent colours accurately in product photography, on-screen colour rendering varies between devices. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will exactly match the finished product.
3.2 Sizing
UK standard sizing conventions apply across all product categories. Size guides are provided on each individual product page. It is your responsibility to check sizing information before placing an order. Bamboo Haven is not liable for orders placed in an incorrect size where the correct size information was clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
3.3 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Bamboo Haven website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any price change will not affect an order you have already placed and received confirmation for.
3.4 Availability
Product availability is displayed in real time where possible. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for out-of-stock items. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order on the Bamboo Haven website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4.1 Order Confirmation
An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This confirmation is a receipt of your order, not acceptance of it. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to despatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4.2 Order Amendments
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at info@bamboohaven.co.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for despatch, we are unable to make changes. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy set out in Section 7 below.
5. Payment
Bamboo Haven accepts the following payment methods:
• Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
• Any additional payment options displayed at checkout
All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways. Bamboo Haven does not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the time of order. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified accordingly.
6. Delivery
6.1 UK Delivery
We aim to despatch all UK orders within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery is typically fulfilled within 3–5 working days from the despatch date, though delivery times may vary during peak periods. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email but are not guaranteed.
6.2 International Delivery
We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. Bamboo Haven is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6.3 Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@bamboohaven.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide an update within 3 working days.
6.4 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, we may cancel your order and issue a refund, minus any delivery costs incurred.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel
As a UK-based retailer, Bamboo Haven fully complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which grant you the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
7.1 How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@bamboohaven.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 working days.
7.2 Returning Items
Returned items must be:
• In their original, unused, and unwashed condition
• Returned in their original packaging where possible
• Returned within 14 days of your cancellation notification
For hygiene and health protection reasons, bedding items that have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7.3 Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
7.4 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items plus standard outbound delivery charges. We are not required to refund any additional charges you may have paid for expedited or premium delivery options.
7.5 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bamboohaven.co.uk with your order number and photographs where possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. We will cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
8. Our Certifications and Product Standards
All Bamboo Haven bedding products carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. This is an independent certification system that tests for the presence of harmful substances throughout the entire textile production process — from raw material to finished product.
The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification means:
• Every component of the product has been tested, including threads, buttons, and accessories
• Products are free from harmful chemicals and substances
• Testing is carried out by accredited, independent laboratories
• Certification is renewed annually to maintain standards

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bamboo Haven website — including but not limited to product descriptions, photography, brand copy, graphics, logos, and the Bamboo Haven name — is the intellectual property of Bamboo Haven and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Privacy and Your Personal Data

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamboo Haven’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit liability.
